How To Lose Weight In Seven Days Easy By Eating As Much As You Like

Loosing weight,dieting or loosing fat can be difficult to people if you have appetite for food like I do.I love food.In my family of seven members I am the one of eats the most.But I am the fittest because I am on this awesome diet which I recently discovered which allows you to enjoy your favourite food as much as you like, no strict diet control, no punishing and long hour work outs,lose weight easily and fast.

I have been working out and been body conscious since I was 22 years old.Now I am 29.When the movie 300 came out back in 2006 I was so determined to get body like Spartan men's, ripped and muscular.I did the same workout used by Gerard Butler and the 300 men developed by Mark Twight of Gym Jones.Instantly I saw great improvement of my body.I lost so much weight and my body started to appear ripped.It was the most intensive work out I have ever done in my life.For couple of weeks I was on diet control too, eating salads etc.But after that I didn't control my diet but I kept on hitting the gym regularly.I used to work late,come home hungry and devour one heavy meal a day at night about 11pm before going to bed.I thought I was diet control because I was only eating one meal a day as oppose to people who eat breakfast,lunch and dinner.But though I work out so much I was not getting more into shape.Even mum used to say "how come you are still fat though you eat only 1 meal a day".To
